ABOUT OUR DUPLEX

Located in the Beach Haven Gardens section of LBI, our oceanside duplex is situated 12 houses from a beautiful, lifeguarded beach.  We've owned this house since 2001 and have made nice improvements each year that have helped keep our house looking clean and comfortable.    This winter (November 2011) we renovated the downstairs bathroom (new bathtub, vanity, toilet, flooring, etc.), installed new hardwood floors in kitchen, living room, and hallway (bedrooms remain carpeted), replaced all interior doors and added a new, higher-capacity water heater.  Our house has convenient keyless entry locks so you don't have to worry about keys--just remember a 4-digit code assigned to your family for your week.

We're in a quiet, family-oriented neighborhood, convenient to everything.  We're within a few blocks of Howard's Restaurant (excellent seafood right on the bay), California Grill & Pizza, Woody's Burgers, WaWa Convenience Store, Meltdown Ice Cream Parlor, Marvel's Bakery, Terrace Tavern, and more.   Just head one mile south to visit Fantasy Island Amusement Park, mini-golf, arcade, waterslides, and Bay Village Shopping. We have been so fortunate to have 100% of our summer weeks rented for the past 10 summers, including several families who have rented from us for as long as we've owned the house.    Please read some of our tenant feedback below.
